1. Overview

Creddyfy.com is an e-commerce marketplace where vendors can sell *physical and digital products*, buyers can shop with ease, and affiliates can earn by promoting listed products. We also support *Payment on Delivery*, *Escrow*, *Affiliate Marketing*, and offer *free online stores* to vendors.

2. User Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to register.

- You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration.

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Vendor (Seller) Terms

a. Seller Responsibilities:

- Upload only genuine, legal, and verified products.

- Ensure product descriptions, prices, and photos are accurate.

- Handle product fulfillment promptly.

- Deliver products on time and ensure quality.

b. Store Usage:

- Each vendor gets a *free store* to upload and manage their listings.

- Vendor must not use the platform to promote off-site sales or redirect traffic.

c. Commission:

- Creddyfy.com charges a commission (*5–40%*) per successful sale. Depends on the seller and Commission may vary by product type or affiliates.

d. Escrow & Payouts:

- All payments are held in escrow and released *after buyer confirms delivery*.

- Payouts are processed *within the same  day of the delivery after confirmation.

e. Prohibited Items:

- Fake, pirated, stolen, expired, harmful or illegal products are strictly banned.

- Offenders will be banned and may face legal action.

4. Buyer Terms

- Buyers must provide correct shipping info and respond to delivery calls.

- No fraudulent orders or fake "Payment on Delivery" abuse will be tolerated.

- Refunds are only possible if products are *damaged, incorrect or not delivered*.

- Disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Affiliate Program

- Affiliates earn commissions on confirmed sales made through their unique promotional link.

- No spam or false advertising is allowed.

- Payments are made based on confirmed orders (post-refund window).

- Affiliate fraud (fake leads, self-referral, bots) leads to immediate ban.

6. General Platform Rules

- No hate speech, abuse, or inappropriate content.

- Respect other users – zero tolerance for harassment.

- Do not attempt to hack, clone, or misuse the platform in any way.

- All content submitted (images, text) must be original or have permission.

7. Refund & Dispute Policy

- Refunds are granted based on valid claims and proof.

- For digital products, access is final unless proven faulty or undelivered.

- Buyers and sellers are expected to resolve minor issues via chat; serious disputes may be escalated to admin.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

- Withhold payments in case of fraud or disputes.

- Report illegal activity to law enforcement where applicable.

9. Changes to Terms

Creddyfy.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via dashboard or email.
